Storm restoration efforts related to the Aug. 11 storm and subsequent weather events are substantially complete. While crews continue working through a limited number of individual outage cases, restoration activities have concluded across the broader service territory. We remain committed to restoring service to every customer as quickly and safely as possible and will continue to address any remaining outages.
Important Safety & Outage Information
We understand that some customers depend on electrically powered medical or life-support equipment, and we recognize the challenges extended outages may present. Customers should follow their emergency preparedness plans and use backup power or alternative arrangements as needed. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Always assume a downed power line is energized and dangerous, even if you don't see a spark or flame. Never touch a downed line or anything it may be contacting, including trees, fences, vehicles or standing water.

There are two likely causes. Either your home or business is tied to a different electric circuit/line than your neighbor. Or, there might be a situation only affecting your home/business that requires your attention.
We are not able to provide priority response to life support/medical equipment members in the restoration process. It’s important that members with special needs make prior arrangements for a back-up power supply. This may mean having a generator or going to a health care facility that has back-up power.
