Board Seat Map

Beginning 2025, Elections for the Board of Trustees of Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative, Inc. from Oconee and Pickens Counties will change. The current process calls for an election every three ( 3 ) years with the candidate to come from within the county. The revision calls for a division of the Oconee and Pickens Counties into districts with the election cycle remaining the same. This division allows each Trustee to represent a district rather than the entire county. Nominees from the district must reside within the district and are nominated by members residing within the district at the District Meetings. Once a candidate is nominated, the membership of the entire cooperative will continue to vote for that candidate at the Annual Meeting of the Cooperative.
