Congratulations to Chad Dalton, Vice President of Economic Development, Key Accounts and Support Services, on completing the Robert I Kabat Management Internship Program presented by the NRECA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This intensive leadership program gives cooperative leaders an in-depth look at the full scope of the co-op business, from finance and operations to strategy and governance.
